1. Definitions

bara36 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility unless you can prove unauthorized access resulted from a breach of our security systems.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bara36 accepts deposits via the following methods for Indonesian players:

bara36 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bara36 account:

• Belong to you and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities
• Are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activity
• Do not violate any third party's rights or applicable laws
• Are not subject to any legal claims, liens, or encumbrances

bara36 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposits and may request supporting documentation. Deposits suspected to be from illegal sources will be returned, and the account will be permanently closed.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw funds from your bara36 account:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete)

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

bara36 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or failed KYC verification
• Suspicious account activity or potential fraud
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Disputed transactions or chargebacks
• Investigation into potential money laundering or illegal activity

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by our compliance team. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.3 Promotional Changes

bara36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific players from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

11. Account Suspension and Termination
